To become a member of our organization is by referral by a current member of TPPI. A recommendation is then followed by an assessment, which will be reviewed by TPPI examiners. The successful applicant will then be placed on 4-6 months client programme (in a studio) followed by either a full comprehensive training programme of 18-24 months, if currently a Pilates teacher on a 6-12 months bridging development course.

• Basic human anatomy

Practical
• Apparatus training in Mat ,Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Auxiliary equipment (intermediate, advanced and super advanced courses)
• Class attendance – mat and studio for observation and assisted teaching

• Minimum course hours – 1250
• Exam requirements – three case studies, essay, theory exam, practical exam including mat/studio/private teaching and physical evaluation of the candidate
